The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic announced by the World Health Organization in March 2020 has brought new tasks to medical community that require immediate solutions. Recent studies have shown invasive aspergillosis associated with infection caused COVID-19 often aggravates course of disease and leads death. article presents a clinical case acute patient chronic somatic pathology but no risk factors for developing pulmonary aspergillosis. was progressing rapidly led fatal outcome. Conclusion. In presented, diagnosed help histological examination autopsy material.
